Femke’s keen eye for detail and breadth of experience are invaluable in seeing her clients’ projects through to the required conclusion.
Femke has acted on several large construction projects for the development of office, retail, warehousing and laboratory facilities. She also has a broad range of commercial property experience, including in relation to investment sales and acquisitions, refinancing, commercial leases and other landlord and tenant matters.
Femke obtained a Masters Degree in law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and worked as a legal advisor at a well-established legal consultancy in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates before moving to England. Femke qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2011 and returned to Plainlaw to practice as a commercial property/construction lawyer in 2014.
