plainlaw has been instructed by housebuilder
Lovell on the sale of its prestigious Scholars
Place development. The development on the
edge of Swindon town centre comprises 36
high specification residential units, 20
in the converted old school Grade II listed
building and 16 new build.
plainlaw has acted for housebuilder Lovell
in connection with a number of its developments
including Oakwood, Haslemere, Surrey and Meadow
View, Market Lavington, Devizes.
